Splendour Pay is Splendour International Coffee's accounts-payable platform. Drop a supplier invoice PDF below and it's scanned and extracted into a working set for review. Once approved, it's exported to Airwallex for payment — and once Airwallex confirms the transfer, a payment voucher is generated automatically.
Coin deposits (Certis Cisco)
Coins counted by the Certis Cisco machine land in the bank about 14 business days later (21 days used as the indicative date). A pending deposit counts as a receivable on the Cash Position report until you check the bank and click Coins received. Notes and loose cash deposited directly are recorded here for reference only — they're already in the bank balance.
Discarded invoices

Discarded invoices are kept, not deleted — the audit trail has to show what was uploaded and who discarded it. Restore one if it was discarded in error.
Add a Preparer
Enter the Gmail or Google Workspace address they'll sign in with -- sign-in is Google-only, so any address that isn't a real Google account simply won't be able to sign in. This only ever grants the Preparer role; Super Admin access is not managed here.
